1. Privacy Policy Uses

This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which Johncena69("we", "us", or "our") collects, receives, uses, stores, discloses, protects, and otherwise processes information relating to persons who access the site, browse products, create or use an account, sign in with Discord or another provider, place items in a cart, purchase digital products, use checkout, request support, interact with security controls, or permit analytics and performance technologies to operate. For contractual rules concerning orders, refunds, acceptable use, delivery, replacement, and platform risk, see our Terms of Service.

2. User Information

Depending upon the manner and extent of your use of the site, we may process the following categories of information, whether provided directly by you, generated through your activity, received from service providers, or created in connection with administering the service:

  • Account details: user id, username, display name, email address, role, authentication provider, avatar URL, full name if returned by an authentication provider, account creation date, total spend, banned status, ban reason or duration where applicable, and last login information where available.
  • Authentication details: login identifier, password or new password submitted to the API, remember-me selection, email confirmation information, password reset information, OAuth callback codes and state values, Discord login or linking tokens, and other values reasonably necessary to authenticate or secure an account session.
  • Checkout details: cart products, product ids, variant ids, quantities, prices, subtotal and total values, email address, optional Discord username, coupon or affiliate code, order id, order number, payment status, checkout status secret, delivery status, and delivery, license key, access, or credential information associated with an order.
  • Operational details: IP address where shown in owner-only logs, timestamps, admin log actions, transaction identifiers and related records from payment providers, fraud or security signals, ban metadata, support messages, contact messages, and other records generated in the ordinary administration of the service.

3. Collection of Information

We collect information through the following means, and such collection may occur before, during, or after account creation, checkout, payment, delivery, support, security review, or ordinary site use:

  • Directly from you: when you register, sign in, reset a password, link Discord, enter checkout details, submit coupon or affiliate codes, provide a payment method or payment-related instruction, complete or attempt an order, or contact us for support, legal, privacy, or other purposes.
  • Automatically from the site: route and page usage, browser and device information, timestamps, performance information, error or reliability signals, security signals, cookies, CSRF tokens, and local or session storage values required or useful for account sessions, cart state, checkout continuity, affiliate attribution, payment confirmation, announcement dismissal, and related site functionality.
  • From service providers: payment, invoice, confirmation, failure, dispute, or transaction data from Stripe, Plisio, or similar providers; account or OAuth data from Discord or other authentication providers; security tokens or verification results from Cloudflare Turnstile; and hosting, image, analytics, observability, performance, or infrastructure data from providers involved in operating the site.

4. Use of Information

We use information for purposes reasonably necessary or appropriate to operate, administer, secure, enforce, improve, document, and support the site and related transactions, including to:

  • operate the website, keep sessions working, restore carts, and remember selected checkout details;
  • create and manage accounts, authenticate users, process password resets, and link Discord sessions;
  • validate coupons, affiliate codes, checkout requests, captcha/security checks, and payment status;
  • process orders, redirect to payment providers, deliver digital products, show order status, and support purchases;
  • detect abuse, prevent fraud, protect users, audit admin actions, and enforce our terms;
  • measure site performance and reliability, including redacted analytics for sensitive checkout status URLs;
  • communicate account, order, security, support, and legal notices.

To the extent laws such as the GDPR apply, the legal bases for such processing may include performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and enforcing the service, compliance with legal obligations, protection of rights and safety, and consent where consent is requested and applicable.

5. Disclosure of Information

We disclose information only where we consider such disclosure reasonably necessary or appropriate to operate, secure, administer, audit, enforce, or support the service, to complete or document transactions, or to comply with applicable obligations. Recipients may include our backend API and administrative systems, hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare Turnstile, Stripe, Plisio, Discord or other OAuth providers, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, image or storage providers, email or support providers, fraud prevention and security providers, and professional advisers where required.

Payment providers process card, wallet, cryptocurrency, invoice, and checkout information pursuant to their own systems, terms, and privacy notices; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, in response to valid legal process, to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security incidents, or policy violations, or to protect the rights, safety, property, and security of Johncena69, our users, providers, and the public. We do not sell personal information as a commercial data broker.

6. Use of Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, scripts, pixels, request metadata, and similar technologies for essential site functionality, account continuity, security, fraud prevention, checkout, payment confirmation, analytics, and performance measurement. Examples include authentication session markers, CSRF cookies, OAuth remember-me state, cart lines, affiliate attribution retained for seven days, announcement dismissal state, checkout status helper data, and payment-confirmation markers.

The site may load Cloudflare Turnstile for captcha and security checks, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for usage and performance measurement, Discord widgets or links, and product or media images from storage, API, or CDN providers. These providers may receive request metadata such as IP address, browser characteristics, device information, referrer, route, timestamps, and interaction data. You may control many cookies and storage settings through your browser; however, disabling or restricting essential storage may impair or prevent login, cart, checkout, payment confirmation, delivery, security, or other site features.

7. User Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority. To exercise any such right, contact us using the email below. We may require information sufficient to verify your identity, confirm your authority to act, locate the relevant records, and determine whether an exception, retention obligation, security concern, or legal limitation applies.

The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and our ability to verify the relevant facts.

8. Final Details

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account access, order fulfillment, delivery records, support, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, audit, legal compliance, dispute handling, enforcement, and business administration. Order, account, transaction, ban, fraud, chargeback, compliance, and legal records may be retained longer than short-lived technical logs, analytics records, or browser storage values.

If you access the site from outside the region in which we, our infrastructure, or our providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored in, accessed from, or otherwise processed in other countries. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards or lawful transfer mechanisms for international processing.

We may amend, replace, or supplement this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date identifies the version then in effect, and material changes may be communicated by email, site notice, or other reasonable means where appropriate or required.
