All sales are final. Refunds are not offered after purchase except where we approve an exception in writing or the law requires it.
3. Replacements
If a delivered product is broken, invalid, or not what was described, we may offer a replacement after support confirms the issue. Replacements are not guaranteed for buyer error, misuse, account bans, or problems outside our control.
4. When refunds and replacements are not available
Refunds and replacements are not available for buyer error, change of mind, incompatibility, or not following product instructions. Read each product page before you buy.
5. Product status pages
Product status pages are for information only. A status change alone does not entitle you to a refund or replacement.

If something did not arrive or does not work, contact support with your order details. We may ask for screenshots or other information to help.
